Description: For 31 years, more than 100 dedicated volunteers have helped the City of Boulder monitor bird of prey nests found on city open space. Their careful monitoring of raptor nests has helped the City of Boulder’s Open Space and Mountain Parks (OSMP) Department to safeguard habitats where bald eagles, golden eagles and peregrine falcons have raised hundreds of fledglings over the last three decades.
