Description: OpenCV 3 for Python.nThe idea was to make a matrix of random RGB values and then bubble sort them by hue, so that low values move towards the bottom right (high x and y) and high values to the top left (low x and y). Or maybe the other way around.nInitially I was going to do this in Qt and C++ but couldn't figure out the mechanism for drawing individual pixels from a QPixMap to the window, and instead opted for Python and OpenCV since I've used that before.
