Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.<br/>Cook the Chicken Kababs:<br/><br/>Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken pieces and cook until they are fully cooked and golden brown, about 10-12 minutes. Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking. Remove from heat and set aside.<br/>Prepare the Parathas:<br/><br/>In a large mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour and salt.
