Surgical technique of minimally invasive atlantoaxial fusion being done on the right side with transection of the C-2 ganglion, intraarticular drilling, and graft placement within the C1–2 joint. A portion of the video also shows the placement of an overlay split rib autograft between the C-2 and C-1 laminae and anchoring it with a titanium miniscrew.
