My last The Matrix 5 dream trailer was a viral hit int he channel so I was inspired to make one more. The Matrix is one of the most iconic movie franchise. Although its not my kind of films, I enjoy editing them. Keanu Reeves is one of the biggest name today, so every time he returns to his iconic roles its a must see. The Matrix 4 was not well received but I thought The Matrix 5 would still be a great film if they brought everyone from the original back. I wanted to highlight Agent Smith for the beginning of the trailer because he never got a chance to return in The Matrix 4. “We are all trapped inside this repeating loops” was great line bringing the plot of Agent Smith starting to become aware of the reality.<br/><br/>There was a theory that Agent Smith could still be alive but living in the Matrix like normal people. Then he finally wakes up to the truth. Speaking of truth, I made that the message of the trailer. About Neo finding out the truth. Since The Matrix is fantasy, it wasn’t hard to find other films that has fantasy, in this case I chose Jupiter Ascending. Then end with the line “Do you know what people will do when they find out about truth.” Then with the answer “I don’t think majority wants to know the truth”. Connecting with the post title sequence showing Agent Smith opening his eyes implying that he just remembered the truth.
